Another significant blow has hit the BJP in Odisha ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. Prakash Behera, the BJP district president of Cuttack and former MLA, has resigned from the primary membership of the party. He has submitted his resignation letter to the state president, Manmohan Samal. When asked about joining BJD, he has not made any clear statement for now.
