The Supreme Court’s Constitutional Bench has upheld its decision on the petitions challenging the abrogation of Article 370 and the bifurcation of the former state of Jammu and Kashmir into two union territories. Chief Justice Dipak Misra, along with Justices Sanjay Kaul, Sanjiv Khanna, B.R. Gavai, and Surya Kant, secured their verdict after hearing arguments for 16 days.
