The Goa bench of the Bombay High Court provided significant relief to Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal in a case of alleged violation of the Model Code of Conduct on Tuesday. The High Court quashed the summons issued to Kejriwal. The AAP in Goa stated that the High Court had cancelled the summons issued to the Chief Minister during the 2017 Goa elections following a complaint filed.
