DIG Prayagraj Santosh Kumar has handed over the investigation report of the case related to PCS officer Jyoti Maurya and Home Guard Commandant Manish Dubey posted in Bareilly to DG Home Guard Vijay Kumar Maurya. According to sources, in the investigation report, considering Manish Dubey as guilty, suspension and departmental inquiry has been recommended.
DG Home Guard Vijay Kumar Maurya said that after examining the report, the report will be sent to the government. Any action has to be taken from the government level only. Let us tell you that Manish Dubey was the Home Guard Commandant in Ghaziabad district when this matter came to light, who was immediately transferred to Mahoba. Jyoti’s husband Alok Maurya had filed a complaint against Jyoti and Manish in the Home Guard Department, in which it was said that both were conspiring to kill him.
