ED Receives Information on the Connection Between Bengal Ration Scam and Bihar Fodder Scam. Recently, the ED conducted raids on two offices of the Kolkata-based company ‘Ankit India Limited,’ involved in packet wheat production as part of the ration scam investigation. In 1996, the CBI had arrested Deepesh Chandak and Hitesh Chandak in the Bihar Fodder Scam.
