Bihar : Good news for bank employees as their salaries will see a 17% increase with the recent agreement on the 12th pay revision for bank officers and staff. The implementation of the agreement, scheduled in the next three to four months, will result in a 17% hike in the basic salary, dearness allowance, house rent allowance, vehicle allowance, etc. Bank employees can expect a monthly salary increase ranging from 5000 to 15000.”
