Sanskrit question papers containing questions related to Islam have sparked a political controversy in Bihar. Central Minister and firebrand BJP leader Giriraj Singh launched a scathing attack on the Mahagathbandhan government. He said, “I don’t differentiate between Hindus and Muslims. As long as there is an attack on Sanatan (Hinduism), even if a single drop of blood remains in my body, I will continue to fight. He mentioned Lalu Prasad and Nitish Kumar and stated that it seems as if we are living here (in Bihar) like the Islamic State, whether it’s the immersion of Goddess Durga’s idol or breaking a Shiva Lingam, it appears that we are under attack.”
