The hope for the operation of trains up to Gopalganj has increased with the possible arrival of the Prime Minister. Approximately 22 kilometers of rail track between Narkatiaganj and Gopalganj has been completed. The CRS has also conducted inspections, but as of now, train operations have not commenced. This is affecting over 1.5 million people in nearly ten panchayats in Gopalganj.
