Another scam has surfaced in the Postal Department. Immediate former DSO Hari Narayan Paswan and his wife’s account in Muzaffarpur has witnessed a withdrawal of more than seven lakh rupees. It is alleged that collusion between the perpetrator and the chief post office staff and officers is emerging as the cause behind such incidents.
