The BJP has released the list of candidates for the upcoming assembly by-elections. Linjinlal will contest from Kerala’s Puthuppally constituency. Additionally, Darra Singh Chauhan will contest from Ghosi constituency in Uttar Pradesh, while Parvati Das will contest from Bagheshwar in Uttarakhand.
Notably, Darra Singh was formerly associated with the Samajwadi Party (SP) before joining the BJP. It is believed that he will be the party’s candidate from Ghosi. The announcement of these candidates showcases the BJP’s strategy to field candidates with diverse backgrounds to cater to specific constituencies and regions.
This move reflects the party’s focus on regional representation and tapping into the strengths of individuals who have experience and familiarity with the local issues and concerns of their respective areas. As the election approaches, these candidate selections will play a crucial role in shaping the outcome of the by-elections and determining the party’s presence in the respective regions.
