On the occasion of International Day of the Girl Child on October 11 this year, the annual ‘High Commissioner for a Day’ competition at the British High Commission in New Delhi was launched this week for which Indian girls aged 18 to 23 can apply. ..
This competition was started in 2017 and it provides an opportunity to the talented young women of India to share their strength with the world. This year’s contest will involve recording a one-minute video and uploading it on social media on the topic “How youth can help achieve the Sustainable Global Development Goals (SDGs)”.
