Traffic Police Personnel in Lucknow Face Rain without Canopies or Shelters. Among 1300 traffic police personnel deployed in the capital city, only 125 have raincoats. The arrangement of canopies and shelters is lacking for officers stationed at intersections. DC Traffic Ashish Srivastava informed that only a few umbrellas and raincoats have been provided to police officers in the area. Traffic police personnel, exposed to harsh weather conditions annually, endured 67 raincoats in 2021 and faced an inadequate supply in 2022.
