Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, made a statement on Wednesday that caused an uproar. Actually Podolyak said that India is launching Chandrayaan but it does not mean that it understands the modern world. However, Podolyak later retracted his statement and said that his statement was distorted.
