Charbagh, Lucknow: Protests by coolies against battery rickshaws used for transporting luggage, demanding the washing of the battery rickshaws to be carried out by disabled patients. They are concerned that the use of battery rickshaws is causing unemployment among coolies as the luggage is not carried by them.
