There is a possibility of a cyclonic storm over the Bay of Bengal turning into a cyclone named ‘Mizzen’ by December 1. The Mizzen cyclone has prompted a warning of heavy rainfall in several states. Earlier on Wednesday, Tamil Nadu experienced intense rainfall in many parts, disrupting normal life in several districts apart from Chennai.”
