Direct flight service to Lucknow started from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport at Babatpur in Varanasi from Thursday. CM Yogi Adityanath flagged off the aircraft (6E7483) in the afternoon after welcoming the passengers of the first flight at Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport in Lucknow. The Tourism Minister will come from Lucknow to Babatpur airport in the same plane. He will welcome the passengers going to Lucknow from here. The distance from Varanasi to Lucknow can be covered in just 55 minutes. However, it will take only 1.10 hours to reach Varanasi from Lucknow.
