
Congress on Wednesday complained to the Election Commission against Home Minister Amit Shah and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Vishwa Sharma and alleged that both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders during an election rally in Chhattisgarh. Statements were made with the intention of instigating certain sections of the society against each other, which is a clear violation of the code of conduct.
The party also complained to the Commission regarding some other issues and requested that it take cognizance of this and take appropriate action.
