Court upheld the decision to abrogate Article 370, directed to hold elections by September 2024

The Supreme Court, while upholding the government’s decision to abrogate Article 370 that gave special status to the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir, on Monday said that steps will be taken to conduct assembly elections by September 30 next year. Should be raised.
