New Delhi: The Central Health Ministry stated on Saturday that there has been an increase of 159 new COVID-19 infections in India in a single day. Meanwhile, the active cases in the country have reached 1,623. The ministry reported that there was one death due to the infection in Kerala in the last 24 hours, according to the latest figures released at 8 AM.
