Dehradun: During a parade at the Reserve Police Lines, a Head Constable attempted to assault an SSP and an Inspector (RI) at the Reserve Police Lines. The accused, Bigulur (a bugler during the parade), allegedly attempted the assault using a bugle itself. A case has been registered against the accused at the Nehru Colony police station for attempting to assault the Inspector and obstructing government work, and he has been arrested.
