The second day of the Delhi Legislative Assembly has begun. Speaker Ram Niwas Goel stated that this time there will be no Christmas and New Year celebrations in the assembly. The Finance Department has declined to present the budget. The Speaker held Delhi’s LG VK Saxena responsible for this and stated that it is an insult to the assembly.
