The Registrar General of the Delhi High Court has issued directives regarding maintaining the confidentiality of the identity of the accuser or the victim in cases of sexual offenses filed in the Delhi High Court. In compliance with the order issued by Justice Anup Jayaram Bambhani’s bench in April 2023 in the case of Salim vs. the Delhi Government regarding the grant of bail, Registrar General Riwandar Dudeja of the Delhi High Court has issued these directives.
