After the preliminary investigation into the alleged corruption case involving Delhi Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar, Vigilance Minister Atishi handed over the initial report to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Subsequently, Arvind Kejriwal sent Atishi’s report to the Lieutenant Governor. Alongside this, the Chief Minister has recommended the immediate removal and suspension of the Chief Secretary. Furthermore, the Chief Minister has instructed Atishi to send this report to the CBI and ED.
