Kerala opposition leader V.D. Satheesan has written a letter to the Election Commission on Thursday, requesting action against Delhi Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena. Satheesan said the Delhi Lieutenant Governor violated the Model Code of Conduct by visiting various church leaders in Kerala to create a pro-BJP atmosphere in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections
