The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has set up a design division to review the design and construction of bridges and other structures. NHAI made this announcement on Wednesday.
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said in a statement, “NHAI has constituted Design Division for effective review of design and construction of bridges, special structures, tunnels. It will formulate policy and guidelines for planning, design, construction and maintenance of bridges, structures and tunnels on National Highways across the country.
