Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, during his visit to the United Arab Emirates, on Wednesday performed kar seva by laying a brick at the under-construction Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) Hindu Temple in Abu Dhabi.
