A robust master plan has been devised in Nitish’s cabinet. Discussion has been initiated to include the Reservation Bill in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution, and upon reaching a consensus, a proposal has been sent to the Center. If the proposal is accepted by the Center, the Reservation Bill cannot be challenged in court.
