The National Lychee Research Center will now expand the royal lychee orchard in Karnataka. After a meeting with local farmers, a new strategy for the orchard has been devised. Dr. Bikas Das, the director of the research center, along with his team, is in Karnataka. They are engaging in dialogue with farmers in Kurg and establishing contacts with agricultural organizations to provide them with saplings.
