: On Wednesday, Taiwan experienced the most powerful earthquake since 1999. The earthquake, measuring 7.4 in magnitude, caused severe damage to numerous buildings and roads. The devastating quake resulted in the death of 9 individuals. Relief and rescue operations are underway in Taiwan following the earthquake. Additionally, more than 1000 people are reported to be injured in this earthquake.
