ED Raid: Raids conducted at more than 10 locations in Delhi, including the residences of CM Kejriwal’s PS and MP ND Gupta.

In a case related to money laundering associated with the Delhi Jal Board, the custody of retired Chief Engineer Jagdish Arora and contractor Anil Agrawal, who were associated with DJB, has been extended by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the next five days. The hearing of the case took place in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. Jagdish Arora and Anil Agrawal were arrested in connection with money laundering related to the supply of electromagnetic flow meters to the Delhi Jal Board. They were presented after the completion of their five-day custody period. The ED had demanded an extension of both their remands, which the court accepted, extending their remand for another five days.

A raid has been conducted at the residence of Bibhav Kumar, the private secretary to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Shalabh Kumar, a former member of the Jal Board, has also been raided. According to reports, ED raids are underway at the residence of AAP MP ND Gupta.
