Sanjay Bhoosreddy, the Uttar Pradesh RERA chairman, urged real estate developers in the state on Tuesday to officially register their projects with the authority. He emphasized the crucial responsibility of safeguarding the interests of stakeholders, particularly homebuyers.
Having recently assumed the role of the second chairman of the UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Bhoosreddy underscored the importance for developers to play their part in fostering a robust and progressive real estate sector by adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Presently, a total of 3,467 projects have been successfully registered with UP RERA. Out of these, 1,598 pertain to the National Capital Region (NCR), while 1,869 are located in non-NCR regions of the state, according to an official statement.
