At least five Indians living in different cities of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have either won weekly draws or their lottery. One of these persons is an ‘operator’ of a control room who has won a lottery worth Rs 45 crore.
A large number of Indians invest money in lotteries in UAE and a large number of them are middle class or lower middle class people. Many Indians have won big money over the years.
