Hamirpur, Rath Tehsil : Kanugo Manoj Kumar Singh was arrested by an Anti-Corruption team from Banda while demanding a bribe from a farmer in the name of land registration. Six members were part of this team. The arrest took place outside the tehsil office around 7 PM, where the farmer had summoned Kanugo to give the bribe. The team kept Kanugo in custody at the police station until 9 PM, processing the necessary paperwork
