For the first time in the history of Pakistan, Sindh Assembly has elected its Deputy Speaker who is a non-Muslim, his name is Naved Anthony. Naved Anthony has been a member of the Sindh Provincial Assembly from 2018 to 2023. Apart from the Deputy Speaker, PPP has selected Murad Ali Shah for the post of CM of Sindh.
