Honorable Chief Minister’s Heartfelt Gratitude for the Call to Eradicate the Mentality of Slavery – Prashant Bhatia

On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, August 15, 2023, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, during a commemorative program at the Scientific Convention Center on Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s anniversary, acknowledged the successes of various initiatives. He urged the people of Uttar Pradesh to “uproot the mentality of slavery.”

Former Chairman of the Indian Industries Association, Prashant Bhatia, expressed sincere appreciation to the honorable Chief Minister for this commitment. He emphasized the immediate need for institutions in the state to align their clubs with this pledge, making necessary changes to break free from the divisive regulations of the colonial era.

Prashant Bhatia disclosed his plan to meet the Chief Minister soon, presenting letters from approximately 77 state organizations in light of the 77th Independence Day, urging swift action in this regard.

He also revealed that he has requested a meeting with the Chief Minister to discuss this matter.

It’s worth noting that due to the colonial mindset’s influence, Prashant Bhatia has been leading an effort to remove obstacles that hinder the acceptance of Indian attire in various clubs across Uttar Pradesh.

For this purpose, Prashant Bhatia had previously submitted a memorandum to Mr. Rajnath Singh, along with 30 major social organizations.
