In the Kokernag area of Anantnag, an encounter is underway between security forces and terrorists. According to reports, two to three terrorists belonging to the Lashkar-e-Taiba are trapped. The organization’s commander, Uzair Khan, is also believed to be involved. Security forces have a tight cordon around the area to neutralize the terrorists. Drones and search dogs are being used to track down the militants.
