On Sunday evening, a large number of students at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) staged a demonstration in support of Palestine by marching within the university campus. They chanted slogans including ‘Allahu Akbar’ and also expressed opposition to Israel. Videos of the demonstration are circulating on the internet. AMU students gathered at the Maulana Azad Library canteen late in the evening.
