“In Prayagraj, in the PCBI Hostel in the Colonelganj area, accused Adarsh Tripathi from Barabanki, Abhishek alias Navneet Yadav from Azamgarh, and Saurav Vishwakarma from Ghazipur were sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of ten thousand rupees each for the murder of Rohit Shukla in a student dispute in April 2019. However, four others were acquitted due to a lack of evidence.”
