Kolkata: Mamata government denied relief by the Supreme Court on Monday, seeking to halt the CBI investigation into the Sandeshkhali incident. The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing of the case for three months.
In the Sandeshkhali case, SC surprised by Mamata government’s attitude, said – Don’t try to seek advantage in the High Court.
