In the state, unseasonal rainfall, strong winds, and hailstorms have caused significant damage to crops. Moreover, lightning strikes have resulted in the loss of four lives in Lakhimpur Hardoi, Sitapur, and Shahjahanpur. Reports of livestock loss have also been received from several other districts, including Agra, Shahjahanpur, and Sitapur. On Sunday, heavy rainfall accompanied by hailstorms occurred in a dozen districts, including the capital Lucknow.
