On Monday, a campaign was launched across the entire state of Uttar Pradesh against noise pollution caused by loudspeakers. During this initiative, loudspeakers were removed from several mosques and other religious places, and in many locations, efforts were made to reduce the volume of sound. The campaign, which commenced at 5 a.m., successfully lowered the volume of over seven thousand loudspeakers, and more than three thousand loudspeakers were removed.
