Britain on Thursday accorded a ceremonial welcome to Army chief General Manoj Pandey here, saying it sees India as an important partner in the shared goal of promoting a rules-based international order.
General Pandey’s visit to Britain began with a salute at the ‘Horse Guards Parade’ in the heart of the capital London.
