IPS Transfer in UP: On the first day of the new year, significant transfers were observed in the police department. The list of transfers included seven IPS officers posted at various locations, including Lucknow, Kanpur, and Gorakhpur. Rajiv Sabharwal, currently serving as the Additional Director General (ADG) of Police in Meerut Zone, has been transferred to the post of ADG at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Academy in Moradabad.
