India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar discussed contemporary challenges with Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa and appreciated his guidance to strengthen India-Portugal relations. Jaishankar, who arrived in Portugal on the first leg of his four-day visit to Portugal and Italy with an aim to further strengthen India’s bilateral ties with the two major European countries, appreciated their support for India-EU relations. Jaishankar posted on the social media platform ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) and said, today (Tuesday) it was a pleasure to meet Prime Minister Antonio Costa.
