In the Gulshan Ground of Jammu city, a cultural confluence of the Union Territory of Ladakh and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will take place on December 9 and 10. The festival aims to showcase the culture and emerging talents of the region. To highlight the talents of women, the festival will provide a platform, organizing competitions for applying mehndi (henna) and creating rangoli. Additionally, there will be events such as painting competitions for school and college students.
