Beijing: While the whole world has emerged from the loss of Covid pandemic restrictions, China’s economic situation remains worse. The reason is China’s aggressive policies and strict restrictions imposed. China continues to ban all seafood imports from Japan as it intends to use waste water as a bargaining chip to gain leverage over Japan. The ban was imposed following the release of treated waste water from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, Nikkei Asia reported.
