Actress Kangana Ranaut burnt the effigy of Ravana on Tuesday in Delhi’s famous Luv Kush Ramlila organized in the grounds adjacent to the Red Fort. She became the first woman to do so in the 50-year history of the event.
Ranaut shot an arrow and set fire to Ravana’s effigy and shouted ‘Jai Shri Ram’. Hundreds of people, including a large number of women, gathered at the venue to get a glimpse of the actress.
