Kanpur: Two interstate marijuana smugglers, who brought cheap marijuana from New Jalpaiguri in West Bengal and sold it here at ten times the price, were arrested by the police. The Central Zone Surveillance Team and Fazalganj Police jointly seized nearly 30 kilograms of marijuana from both of them.
