New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is present in Bagalkot, Karnataka today. In his address, PM Modi took a strong dig at the Congress, stating that the Congress has turned Karnataka into its ATM of corruption. He also said, “History also tells us that wherever Congress went, it brought destruction.”
