KK Pathak, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Bihar Education Department, has issued a cautionary message not only to the teachers of Bihar but also to the students studying in government schools. It is difficult to predict when KK Pathak might express his dissatisfaction. He does not shy away from reprimanding school laxity, including school principals and teachers.
